Shipping Rates

We charge a flat fee of $7.50 for shipping and handling.

Orders $70 and above ship free within the US.

 

Order Processing Timeline

Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 1–2 business days after they are placed.

We ship Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or major US holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 7–8 working days, depending on the destination and carrier.

 

Domestic Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the US.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to us at hello@hourofsilence.com as soon as possible.

We typically begin processing orders as soon as they come in, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been made. Once we've shipped out an order, it can no longer be canceled.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer complimentary returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

 

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@hourofsilence.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will replace the damaged item at no cost.

 

Missing Packages

If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please check the following:

Verify delivery address: Confirm the delivery address listed in your order confirmation email is correct. 

Check for a delivery notice: Please check if a notification card was left on your premises, or if you've received an email, app or SMS notification. Your parcel may have been delivered to the post office or a collection point. 

Delivered to a safe place: Check if your parcel has been left in a safe place. This could be under or behind something on your delivery premises, or in your mailbox.

Accepted on your behalf: Check to see if someone at home or at your office accepted or signed for the item on your behalf. If you live or work in a large building, check with building management or the mailroom to see if they have received it.

If you’ve checked the above and still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us at hello@hourofsilence.com with your name and order number, and we’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue as best we can.
